Our Story
Started back in 2011 when our founder got tired of watching good companies struggle with bad HR decisions. The first client came almost by accident — a referral from a frustrated operations manager. We helped them restructure their hiring process, cut turnover by 34%, and suddenly people were asking for our help. Word spread. Now we've worked with 47 different organizations across manufacturing, tech, retail, and services. We've stayed small on purpose.
